Frequently Asked Questions
Is the backpack included with the frame?
No. The compatible cat backpack is sold separately. Please use the backpack link provided on the product page to ensure proper fit.
How tightly should I secure the nuts and bolts?
Tighten each connection until it is secure, but do not overtighten. Overtightening may damage the printed components.
What should I do if a part arrives damaged?
Contact NovaGear ASAP and include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged part and shipping packaging. We’ll replace the damaged parts at no cost to you.
What is the difference between NovaOne and NovaNavigator
Both frames provide a transition platform and top perch, and they follow nearly the same assembly process. The primary differences are the overall frame height and the angle of the top platform.
