The NovaOne was invented to help people take small animals for backpack walks -- especially cats, though it can be used for any small pet. With the NovaOne your pet can maneuver between the backpack and the top platform anytime they'd like. When we would take our baby, Nova, out for backpack walks, she loved climbing out and on top of the backpack, but when she climbed out on the small top area of the backpack, she couldn't get back in the bag on her own.

This caused me to wear the backpack on my chest as a "Front pack". It looked silly but if Nova was looking to jump out I could gently put a hand on her chest to restrain her. Then if she were to climb out of the bag to the top, I would be able to assist her in getting back in the bag when she would eventually get scared or tired and want to go back in.

This wasn't a huge problem, but really wearing a backpack on your chest looks a bit ridiculous so we came up with the NovaOne.

One of the main design philosophies was to make it sleek, and almost look non existent, to make it look like you are just wearing a backpack.

Another key goal of ours was creating a high end, high quality product that we were proud to sell.

Our products are currently 3D printed, we have our printers set to low print speeds, and although we have to produce them slowly, this allows for the best all around, highest quality prints possible, to give this product a truly high end feel.
